What are the business hours for Blue Barn Storage?

If you give us a call, we have flexible hours and will try to accommodate your needs.

Are locks included with my storage unit?

We do have quality locks for sale or you can bring your own lock to use. Each tenant is required to have a lock prior to storing items in his or her unit.

What are terms of the lease and payment options?

We offer month to month leases. Your first month’s payment is due in full at the time of move in. Most units are prorated so each month’s rent is due the first. We find it is easier to remember that the rent is due the first of each month.

Is a security deposit required to rent a storage unit?

Yes, we do charge a security deposit on each unit. The deposit is refunded to you after you’ve vacated providing the unit is empty and no damage is found. The security deposit is always issued in the form of a check.

Will our movers have adequate access to our storage unit?
